How to send
your text for translation
In the majority of cases, documents can be emailed or faxed and the translated/proofread
files will be returned to you in the format requested.
How can I be sure the work will be of a suitable quality?
We
are happy to provide a small sample translation to reassure you that the work you order will be performed to your satisfaction.
What
happens next?
Once you are happy to place your order, you will be sent a job agreement to read, sign and return
to us. This will confirm the fee/rate agreed, delivery format, terms of payment, deadline and language specifications.

Most work is expected to be carried out during normal working hours although we are happy to accept work of an urgent nature
involving evening or weekend hours. Bear in mind that an additional charge may be incurred for urgent requests.
